The Words of the Lord

We often talk how important and powerful is the Word of the Lord, God said thus and so. What makes His Word so vital and indispensable?

Remember words come from a person’s mind causing his breath to vibrate the vocal folds and articulate various parts of the throat, mouth and lips. The sound the breath produces has great physical, communicative power and authoritative power.

Psa. 33:6 By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
Psa. 33:7 He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses.

Psa. 29:3 ¶ The voice of the LORD is upon the waters;
The God of glory thunders,
The LORD is over many waters.
Psa. 29:4 The voice of the LORD is powerful,
The voice of the LORD is majestic.

Psa. 33:8 Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
Psa. 33:9 For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.
Psa. 33:11 The [plans] of the LORD stands forever,
The plans of His heart from generation to generation.
