God's Breath Within

Phil. 3:14 I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Goal oriented, not emotionally oriented, logically oriented or deductively oriented.

How do we press on to the goal?

God did everything out of love for His future children to live like Him, doing out of love and concern.

God’s Breath within

Eph. 1:14 The Spirit is God’s guarantee that he will give us the inheritance he promised and that he has purchased us to be his own people. He did this so we would praise and glorify him.

Josh. 1:8 “This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success.

Psa. 119:27 Make me understand the way of Your precepts,
So I will meditate on Your wonders.

Psa. 100:3 Know that the LORD Himself is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;

Psa. 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD,
And in His law he meditates day and night.

Psa. 119:15 I will meditate on Your precepts
And regard Your ways.

Psa. 119:97 ¶ O how I love Your law!
It is my meditation all the day.
Psa. 119:99 I have more insight than all my teachers,
For Your testimonies are my meditation.

In law and in religion, testimony is a solemn attestation as to the truth of a matter.
Psa. 143:5 ¶ I remember the days of old;
I meditate on all Your doings;
I muse on the work of Your hands.

Psa. 145:5 On the glorious splendor of Your majesty
And on Your wonderful works, I will meditate.

1John 2:3 ¶ And we can be sure that we know him if we obey his commandments.

Psa. 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
Be acceptable in Your sight,
O LORD, my rock and my Redeemer.

Let God’s breath in our mouths give us the power to speak and behave as ones made in His Image.
